摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of ( R, S ) -epigoitrin in Banangen Granules and Radix isatidis. Methods The sample was processed by ultrasonic extraction, the content of ( R, S ) -epigoitrin was determined by HPLC method. Agilent C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was adopted, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the detection wavelength was 245 nm, the mobile phase was methanol-water ( 15 :85 ) , and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results Ultrasonic extraction method by using water as solvent to extract in 1 h ( power 250 W, frequency 30 kHz ) was more environment-friendly and high efficient than the method of decoction extraction, and ( R, S)-epigoitrin had good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0031-0. 0434 g/L( r=0. 99994). The average recovery rates of ( R, S ) -epigoitrin in Banangen Granules and Radix isatidis were 98. 08% and 97. 86%, and RSDs were 0. 79% and 0. 55% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is easy to grasp, it has high accuracy and good reproducibility, which is suitable for the content determination of ( R, S ) -epigoitrin in Banangen Granules and Radix isatidis.
