摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of the tenacissoside G in Xiaoaiping Injection. Methods Symmetry C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was adopted, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1％ phosphoric-acid water solution ( 45 :55 ) with isocratic elution, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 230 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃, and the sample size was 20 μL. Results The tenacissoside G had good linear ralationship in the range of 4-80 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 98. 85％, RSD was 0. 99％( n=9 ) . Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and reliable, which can provide reference for the quality control of Xiaoaiping Injection.关键词
