利拉鲁肽与甘精胰岛素配合强化管理对2型糖尿病患者氧化应激相关指标的影响
Effect of Liraglutide and Insulin Glargine Combined with Reinforcement Management on Related Indexes of Oxidative Stress in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of liraglutide combined with insulin glargine and metformin on related indexes of oxidative stress in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM ) . Methods Totally 176 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group ( liraglutide + insulin glargine + metformin + reinforcement management ) and the control group ( insulin glargine + reinforcement management ) , 86 cases in each group. Results After treatment, the expression of FBG and HbA1C were decreased in the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) , and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . The levels of TC and TG were decreased than before treatment in the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) , and those in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The expression of MDA was decreased and the expression of SOD was increased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The effect of liraglutide, insulin glargine, metformin combined with reinforcement management in the treatment of T2DM similar to that of insulin glargine, but it is better for patients to reduce lipid and oxidative stress, and it has better safety.关键词
