叙事干预模式在腹腔镜全身麻醉围术期用药中的应用探讨
Application of Narrative Intervention Model in Medication During Preoperative Period of Laparoscopic General Anesthesia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of narrative intervention model in medication during preoperative period of laparo-scopic general anesthesia. Methods Totally 98 patients undergoing laparoscopic general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into group A ( 33 cases ) , group B ( 32 cases ) and group C ( 33 cases ) according to the admis-sion number. 1 h before induction of anesthesia, the group A was treated with gabapentin 300 mg, after the operation, the group B was treated with intravenous injection of ramosetron 0. 3 mg, and the group C was treated with gabapentin 300 mg combined with intra-venous injection of ramosetron 0. 3 mg. The 3 groups were given conventional and narrative intervention model. Results After 3 periods of 0-2 h, 2-24 h and 24-48 h, the patients with no nausea in the group C were more than those in group A and B ( P < 0. 05 ) . The cases of complete remission in the group C were more than those in group A and group B ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions ( dizziness, headache, sleepiness ) in the three groups within 48 h after operation ( P > 0. 05 ) , and the patients′ total satisfaction with the intervention was higher than 90. 00％. Conclusion For prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting ( PONV ) of surgical laparoscopic general anesthesia, the effect of gabapentin and remorsetron is superior to single utilization of one of that, the patients were more satisfied with the conventional and narrative intervention model.关键词
