Clinical Effect of Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris and Its Influence on Exercise Tolerance and Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets for treating stable angina pectoris ( SAP ) and its influence on exercise tolerance and inflammatory factors. Methods Totally 102 patients with SAP admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the order of admission, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine anti-angina drugs(aspirin + metoprolol + diltiazem), on the basis, the intervention group was treated with Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets. Results After 3 months of treatment, the 6MWT in the two groups was significantly higher than that before the treatment, and that in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the same period ( P < 0. 05 ) . The attack frequency of angina pectoris and levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same period ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets can significantly relieve the symptoms of SAP, promote the exercise endurance, and significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
