Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of albumin combined with blue light therapy in treating neonatal jaundice and its effect on serological indexes. Methods Totally 80 neonates with neonatal jaundice admitted to pediatric of our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was only given blue light therapy, while the study group was given albumin combined with blue light therapy. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97. 50%( 39/40 ) , which was significantly higher than 77. 50% ( 31/40 ) of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) ) . Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum total bilirubin ( TBIL ) , high sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) , total bile acid ( TBA ) , alkaline phosphatase ( AKP ) ,γ- glutamyltransferase (γ-GT ) , free fatty acid ( FFA ) in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower ( P < 0. 05 ) , and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Albumin combined with blue light therapy in treating neonatal jaundice can effectively improve the total curative effect and serological indexes.关键词
