摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of pharmaceutical care intervention in the treatment of type 2 diabetic mellitus ( T2DM ) complicated with hypertension. Methods Totally 45 patients with T2DM complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January to October in 2016 were selected as the control group, which were given routine medication guidance, another 45 patients with T2DM complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group, which were given pharmaceutical care intervention. Results After the intervention, the FBG and 2 hPG of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Pharmaceutical care intervention in the treatment of T2DM complicated with hypertension has high application value, it can effectively reduce the blood glucose and blood pressure level of the patients, and improve the compliance of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
