甘草浸膏对小鼠免疫功能的影响研究
Effect of Extractum Glycyrrhizae on Immune Functions of Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of extractum Glycyrrhizae on immune function of mice. Methods ConA-induced splenic lymphocyte proliferation ability,dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed hypersensitivity reaction,the content of serum hemolysin,phagocyticfunction of peritoneal macrophage(PM) phagocytizing chicken red blood cell(CRBC),carbon clearance ability,antibody producing cell ability,and natural killer cell activity(NKCA)indexes of mice were determined. Results The high dose of extractum Glycyrrhizae could significantly enhance ConA-induced splenic lymphocyte proliferation ability,dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed hypersensitivity reac-tion,the content of serum hemolysin,phagocytic function of PM phagocytizing CRBC,carbon clearance ability,and antibody producing cell ability,but didn′t increase NKCA indexes of mice. Conclusion Extractum Glycyrrhizae can improve the immune function.关键词
