摘要

Abstract

Objective To confirm the optimum technology parameters of chlorogenic acid from Artemisia scoparia or Artemisia capillaris. Methods The chlorogenic acid content was taken as indexes,single factor test,orthogonal test and variance analysis were used to opti-mum the extraction process. Results The optimal condition was as follows:60% ethanol,extracting 2 times,30 min for each time,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20(g/mL),and the extraction temperature was 35 ℃. Conclusion The optimum technology parameters have high extraction rate and can save solvent for extracting chlorogenic acid from Artemisia scoparia or Artemisia capillaris.
