高效液相色谱法同时测定解郁安神颗粒中甘草苷及甘草酸含量
Simultaneous Determination of Liquiritin and Glycyrrhizic Acid in Jieyu Anshen Granules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Jieyu Anshen Granules. Methods Welch Ultimate XD-C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 05％ phosphoric acid with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 237 nm. Results The liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid had good linear relationship in the ranges of 13. 68 -342. 00 μg (r=0. 9992),23. 48 -587. 00 μg(r=0. 9968),the average recoveries were 94. 64％ and 97. 55％ ( n=6 ) . The baseline was sepa-rated in each group,and the negative sample had no interference. Conclusion The method can be used for the simultaneous analysis and the quality control of Jieyu Anshen Granules.关键词
