摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Naoxintong Capsules combined with simvastatin for treating coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods Totally 120 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(58 cases)and the observation group(62 cases). The control group was given simvastatin,on this basis,the observation group was given Naoxintong Capsules (4 capsules each time,3 times a day,and 4 weeks for 1 course). Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 55％,which was significantly higher than 82. 76％ of the control group(P < 0. 05),the heart function parameters and blood lipid level in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Naoxintong Capsules combined with simvastatin for treating coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia has good clinical effect,especially in im-proving blood lipid,heart function and hemorheology,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
