Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of oxiracetam combined with donepezil hydrochloride for treating vascular dementia. Methods Totally 98 patients with vascular dementia admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group. All patients were given basic treatment continually(intravenous injection of oxiracetam,4. 0 g/time,once a day),on this basis,the patients in the observation group taken donepezil hydrochloride orally,5 mg/time,3 times a day,21 d for a course of treatment,both of the two groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 88％,which was significantly higher than 79. 59％ of the control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of orientation,language expression,attention and calculation,memory and recall of the MMSE scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0. 05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The HDS score and ADL score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05)The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar(34. 69％ vs. 28. 57％,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with donepezil hydrochloride for treating patients with vascular dementia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and it also has an obvious promoting effect on the patients′ mental,cognition and viability without serious adverse reac-tion,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
