Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction for treating infertility induced by ovulation failure with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of 5000 U recombinant human chorionic gonadotropin,on this basis,the treatment group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction. The treatment was 20 d per month,the two groups were treated with 3 menstrual cycles. Results After treatment,the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 60. 00％,which was significantly higher than 35. 00％ in the control group(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97. 50％,which was significantly higher than 65. 00％ in the control group(P < 0. 05). The dominant follicle diameter in the two groups increased(P < 0. 01),and the treatment group increased more obviously(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate for patients with infertility induced by ovulation failure with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which is helpful for pregnancy and relatively safe.关键词
