摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao′er Feike Granules combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in the treatment of children with post-infectious cough. Methods Totally 93 children with post-infectious cough were divided into the observation group(47 cases) and the control group(46 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets,on this basis,the observation group was given Xiao′er Feike Granules. The patients suffered severe cough were given Budesonide Aerosol,the course of treatment was 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 87％,which was significantly higher than 78. 26％ of the control group(χ2=6. 796,P=0. 009). After treat-ment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-4 and TNF-α,daytime cough score,nighttime cough score,VAS score and LCQ score in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 01),but the level of IFN-γ in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion Xiao′er Feike Granules combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in the treatment of children with post-infectious cough has significant effect and high safety,it can obviously reduce the inflammatory response and airway hyperresponsiveness,alleviate cough symptoms,improve the quality of life of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
