摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate in the prevention of recurrence of calcium oxalate stone. Methods Totally 60 patients with urolithiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,30 cases in each group. The group A was given potassium sodium hydrogen citrate to prevent calcium oxalate stone recurrence after minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy ,while the group B received routine preventive measures. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of urinary pH,calcium,phosphorus, potassium,sodium,uric acid,oxalic acid and citric acid between the two groups(P > 0. 05),after treatment,the levels of urinary pH, phosphorus,potassium,sodium,uric acid and citric acid in the group A were higher than those in the group B(P < 0. 05),the levels of oxalic acid and calcium in group A were lower than those in the group B(P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no difference in the levels of blood calcium,phosphorus,potassium and sodium between the two groups(P > 0. 05),after treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of calcium and phosphorus between the two groups(P > 0. 05),but the levels of potassium and sodium in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B(P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of calcium oxalate stones in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(3. 33% vs. 23. 33%,P < 0. 05). There was no difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the group A and group B(6. 67% vs. 3. 33%,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with drinking a large amount of water,potassium sodium hydrogen citrate is more effective and safer to optimize blood and urine biochemical indicators and reduce the level of urinary oxalic acid and citric acid,which can effectively prevent the formation of oxalate stone with fewer adverse events and good safety. It is worth of clinical promotion.
