摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmailong Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale complicated with right heart failure. Methods Totally 100 patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with right heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Xinmailong Injection. The two groups were treated for 15 d. Results After treatment,the levels of RVEF,NT-proBNP and CRP in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0. 01),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0. 01). After treatment,the SaO2,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0. 01),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0. 01). After treatment,the PASP and PADP of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0. 01),and those in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 01). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 00％,which was significantly higher than 74. 00％ of the control group(P=0. 017). Conclusion Xinmailong Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale complicated with right heart failure can effectively reduce the pressure of the pulmonary artery and improve the heart function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
