某院2016年中药注射剂使用情况分析

Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical rational drug use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) injection. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze consumption sum,constituent ratio of consumption sum,DDDs,DDC,DUI and situation of clinical departments in a hospital in 2016. Results The consumption sum of TCM injection was 18523000 Yuan,accounting for 7. 40％ of total consumption sum in the same period. Stasis-eliminating agent was the most widely used(5 varieties,5 specifications), the sales amount of Xueshuantong Injection was the highest(3174700 Yuan),the DDDs of Danshen Injection was the largest (69708),some varieties had poor synchronization. The varieties of drugs used in the rehabilitative tumor area was the most(17 vari-eties),the consumption sum in the department of neurology ranked the first(2317100 Yuan),the DDDs of drugs in the department of endocrine was the highest(158976). Conclusion The clinical utilization of TCM injection is increasing,and the management of rational drug use and the monitoring of adverse drug reactions must be strengthened.关键词
