扬州45家基层医院质子泵抑制剂合理用药分析OACSTPCD
Analysis on Rational Use of Proton Pump Inhibitors from 45 Grassroots Hospitals in Yangzhou City
目的 为临床合理使用质子泵抑制剂提供参考.方法 调取扬州地区45家基层医院2016年3月1日至3月5日使用质子泵抑制剂的处方502张,统计患者年龄、临床诊断、给药途径、不合理联合用药分布情况.结果 年龄未超过16岁的患者7例(1.39％),17～59岁160例(31.87％),60岁以上335例(66.73％);符合适应证用药195例(38.84％),无适应证用药127例(25.30％),用药依据不足180例(35.86％);静脉滴注给药303例…查看全部>>
Objective To provide reference for the rational use of proton pump inhibitor(PPI). Methods Totally 502 PPI prescriptions were collected from 45 grassroots hospitals in Yangzhou City from March 1st to March 5th in 2016,the age of the patients,the clinical diagnosis ,the way of administration ,the distribution of the irrational combination of drugs were statistically ana lyzed .
