扬州45家基层医院质子泵抑制剂合理用药分析

Abstract
Objective To provide reference for the rational use of proton pump inhibitor(PPI). Methods Totally 502 PPI prescriptions were collected from 45 grassroots hospitals in Yangzhou City from March 1st to March 5th in 2016,the age of the patients,the clinical diagnosis ,the way of administration ,the distribution of the irrational combination of drugs were statistically ana lyzed . Results The age not more than 16 years old were 7 cases(1. 39％),17 - 59 years old were 160 cases(31. 87％),not less than 60 years old were 335 cases(66. 73％). There were 195 cases(38. 84％)with indications,127 cases(25. 30％)without indications,180 cases (35. 86％) lacked basis of medication. Totally 303 cases(59. 30％) were given intravenous drip,210 cases(41. 10％) were orally administered,and 69 cases(13. 75％) were unreasonably combined. Among them,there were 6 cases(8. 70％) of the compatibility with the same bottle,61 cases(88. 41％) of compatibility with non - bottle combined use,and 2 cases(2. 90％) of metabolic problems. Conclusion The use of PPI in the grassroots hospitals was serious irregularities. The training of rational drug use for physicians,phar-macists,nurses in the grassroots hospitals should be strengthened to ensure the safety of drug use of patients.关键词
