Calculation and Analysis of Vibration Isolation Performance of Airplane Engine Pylon Systems with Variable Damping and Stiffness

Abstract
In order to study the vibration isolation performance of engine pylon systems,Voigt elements are added to the models of engine mounting joint and pylon connection rod respectively.By adjusting variable damping of the Voigt elements, the stiffness of the engine mounting joint and pylon connection rod can be altered so that two different engine-pylon-wing systems with variable damping and stiffness can be constituted. The mechanical models and dynamic equations of the two different systems are established. By solving the dynamic equations, the vibration transmission ratios of the systems are obtained.The calculation results show that a reasonable design can suppress the resonance peaks for the system with variable damping and stiffness and effectively reduce the vibration transmission ratio of the system in the non-resonance region.关键词
