Abstract
Rotor rubbing FE model updating method based on DPSO(Particle swarm optimization algorithm based on dichotomy) model updating theory and modal test is proposed. This method can speed the updating of the FE model and raise the accuracy of the results.It can also avoid the PSO iteration falling into the local optimum in the optimization process so that the results of simulation can reflect the structural characteristics of the testing model more precisely. Then, this method is applied to the rub-impact fault diagnosis of rotors.The influence of speed change on the dynamic performance of the rub-impact of the rotors is studied.It is shown that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.This study provides some reference for safe and stable operation of rotor systems in practical engineering.关键词
