摘要

Abstract

Vibration of steering wheels may affect the driving comfort, so it is necessary to study the vibration insulation technique of the steering wheels. In this paper, the causes of steering wheel vibration of a type of tractors are studied theoretically and experimentally.An improvement strategy of using rubber suspension wheels is put forward. The results show that it leads to resonance that the steering wheel frequency is close to the excitation frequency of the engine. The improved tractor steering wheel has a good vibration isolation effect and its vibration amplitude is obviously reduced.
