摘要

Abstract

As a big casting country, China urgently needs casting to be intelligentized. The objective of the intelligent casting is to realize self-sensing, self-decision making and self-executing in every stage, which are instantiated in the general application of robot, sensor and digital manufacturing technology. At present, the level of intelligence of foundry in our country is uneven. Some intelligent applications such as large quantity, wide range or high added value of products can not be popularized in the whole industry. Robot is the key equipment to realize intelligent casting. The problems and key technologies in popularization and promotion of the robot in foundry industry are analyzed. The key factor of robot application in foundry industry lies in its comprehensive cost. Three key robot technologies to realize intelligent casting are pointed out, namely, cloud intelligent robot programming system, casting modularized parts and software, and intelligent sensor and system.
