Thermal Structure Coupling Analysis and Optimization of Hot Metal Desulfurization Stirrer

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of short service life and long design cycle of hot metal desulfurization stirrer,the orthogonal test was designed to optimize its structural parameters.Thermal structural coupled stress field of the model that was designed by orthogonal experiment was analyzed.The best parameter combination and the influencing degree of each parameter under different level on the maximum stress value were obtained through range annlysis.The effects of different parameters on the maximum stress were in the following order,from strong to weak,the positive offset angle,transition arc radius of blade,the back offset angle,blade diameter,blade end angle.The results show that the maximum stress of the refractory is decreased from 56.22 MPa to 35.66 MPa when compared with the stirrer before optimization,which shows that the orthogonal test method provides theoretical guidance for improving the life and optimal design of hot metal desulfurization stirrer and practical value in engineering application.关键词
