摘要

Abstract

The zircon powder and bauxite as composite aggregate,water soluble phenolic resin and silica sol as binder,sodium bentonite and sodium lignosulfonate as composite suspension agent,the optimum ratio of water based coating for EPC cast mold was determined through orthogonal test of water soluble phenolic resin,silica sol 5%,3% sodium bentonite 5%,sodium lignosulfonate 2%,and experimental validation.The results show that the coating has good process performance.The problems of sand sticking,air hole and other problems existing in the process of using the existing coating can meet the needs of actual production well and the economy is good.
