310S奥氏体不锈钢激光熔覆硬质合金复合涂层及其磨损性能研究

摘要
Abstract
With nickel powder and WC powder as mw material,using the laser cladding method on the 310S austenitic stainless steel surface prepared the nickel-WC composite coating,the microscopic morphology,phase composition and wear-resisting properties of laser cladding layer were investigated,the mechanism of the composite coating were analyzed.The results show that the laser cladding layer is density,no holes or other microscopic defects,cladding layer and substrate has good metallurgical combination;Ni-20% WC phase of the laser cladding layer are composed of Ni3Cr2,Ni17W3,Cr4Ni15W,Fe6W6C,Mo6Ni6C,W3C and WC.the wear loss of the laser cladding layer with different adding amount is less than that of the stainless steel substrate,and with the increase of WC content in the laser cladding layer,the wear weight loss of the cladding layer show a trend of gradually decreasing.关键词
