消除铝合金铸件黑色阳极氧化白斑缺陷工艺研究

Abstract
The reason of white spot defect on aluminium alloy casting which was handled by T5 heat treatment,machining,and black anodization successively,and raised the countermeasures were studied.The results show that the shrinkage defects are the main reason of white spot through fluorometric analyzing.After analyzing casting process,the following improvement measures are reducing pouring temperature to 700℃~730℃,adopting slot pouring system by increasing crack columns on the inter edge of inter casting gate,and cutting air vent on steel core.These measures eliminate casting shrinkage defects and solve the problem of white spot defect on aluminum alloy during casting black anodization.关键词
