摘要

Abstract

Casting process of tension pulley for automobile was designed according to its structure characteristics,a top-pouring gating system was selected because the casting process was beneficial to the feeding of tension pulley castings.At the same time after pouring temperature and carbon equivalent of molten iron were controlled,the shrinkage defects of tension pulley castings was prevented.The results show that the production yield rate and qualified rate of tension pulley castings is higher with the design of casting process.
