摘要
Abstract
Cable section should not be ignored,the high quality rope section model is the precondition for casting of qualified castings.In combination with the problems in the casting,a box of double type,large core head positioning core,triangular plate pin positioning and the core box were adopted in the wood model making.The results show that after the process improvement,the quality and the utilization rate of the model are improved to facilitate the modeling and moulding,and the qualified rate of casting is over 98％.关键词
