摘要

Abstract

The high manganese steel frog exported to the United States serviced under the condition of heavy load and high speed,with high internal quality and no shrinkage defects.The causes of the shrinkage defect of the 115RE self-protecting high manganese steel frog for the United States were analyzed,the design of the riser,the retracting distance and the supplementary channel were investigated.The corresponding improvement measures are taken in several aspects for the reasons of defects,and the good results are obtained,and the castings which meet the technical requirements.
