Abstract
Three types of vacuum pumps were used in RH vacuum refining process,which were full steam jet pump,final stage water ring vacuum pump,pre-stage steam jet pump and full mechanical vacuum pump.The work principle,equipment composition,energy consumption,production operation situation,one-time investment and operation cost of vacuum pumps for RH vacuum refining process were compared.The results show that the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of vacuum pumps can be used to select the vacuum pump type of RH vacuum refining process.关键词
