摘要
Abstract
The wear reasons of mold core,which was the serious worn of the thin-walled lock nut during cold upsetting,were analyzed based on Archard model by DEFORM-3D software.The optimal cold upsetting parameters were got by orthogonal experiment which considering the mould core wear,the stamping speed,friction factor,mould core radius and mould core initial hardness.The results show that the stamping speed of cold heading has the greatest effect to the mould core wear.The actual test is conducted based on optimal parameters combination,and the wear of mould core is decreased linearly.关键词
