Abstract
The temperature and microstructure field of BR1500HS hot rolled steel U shaped parts during hot stamping at different forming temperatures were simulated by LS-DYNA finite element simulation software,and the results were verified by experimental.The results show that when the forming temperature are 810 ℃ and 840 ℃,the formed parts almost change to martensite,and the grain is finer,which show higher tensile strength.Under the same forming temperature,the error between computer simulation results and experimental results are maintained less than 10%.The finite element software LS-DYNA can be used to simulate the temperature field and the microstructure of BR1500HS hot rolled steel sheet in hot stamping,and the simulation results are agreement with the experimental results well.关键词
