摘要

Abstract

The morphology and hardness of automobile plate welding joint were detected,and using orthogonal experiment method,welding current,conduction time and electrode pressure as welding experimental factors,the spot welding process parameters of the car plate were optimized.The results show that the microstructure of fusion zone in automobile plate spot welding joint is coarse martensite structure,and the heat affected zone is mainly composed of fully austenitic region,part of the austenite region,and softening zone.The best welding current,conduction time and electrode pressure are 10 kA,400 ms,and 3 kN,respectively.
