摘要
Abstract
The multilayer structure TC4 titanium alloy were performed by superplastic forming and diffusion bonding.Using finite element software MARC to simulate the process and to optimize forming process get the best curve of pressure-time and predict the thickness.The calculated results were compared with the test results which were obtained in experiment.The results show that the thickness distribution rate of the multilayer structure TC4 titanium alloy is consistent with the result of finite element simulation,which the maximum reduction rate of thickness is 32%.The change of microstructure is distinct in the experiment.关键词
