摘要

Abstract

Creeping experiments were carried out on the stainless steels 316LN:The steels were aged for 500~2 000 h in the stress range of 20~150 MPa at 350 ℃ and 600 ℃,and the microstructures ofthe samples after creep were observed by optical microscope (OM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The results show that stacking faulting energy of the matrix increases with the increase of the creep temperature and time during the ereep process,and the extended dislocations gradually become narrow and dislocation appear.
