摘要

Abstract

With microstructure observation and hardness measurement,relationship between microstructure and properties of Q345 steel and heat treatment was studied.The results show that the microstructure of Q345 steel exhibits martensite and banded ferrite after quenching-intercritical quenching-tempering heat treatment.And the microstructure of Q345 steel exhibits martensite and equiaxed ferrite after thermo mechanical control process-intercritical quenching-tempering heat treatment.There are two models of the crack propagation after quenching-intercritical quenching-tempering heat treatment.One model is along the long axis direction of ferrite and the interface of the two phases,and the other is across the banded ferrite.After thermo mechanical control process-intercritical quenching-tempering heat treatment,the crack propagation is across ferrite and martensite by transgranular mode.The impact property at low temperature is improved after quenching-intercritical quenching-tempering heat treatment.
