摘要

Abstract

The different coating on the surface AZ91 alloy for automobile engine were prepared with plasma spraying and laser remelting process,and the cross-section morphology,phase composition,microhardness and electrochemical performance were investigated.The results show that the plasma spray coating phases are compose of gamma Ni,FeNi3,Ni~,WC,W2C and Cr7B3,and the laser remelting layer phases are gamma Ni,CrB,Ni4B3,WC,Cr23B6 and Cr2B3.The Microhardness from high to low in turn is the laser remelting layer,plasma spraying layer,Ni/A1 transition layer and AZ91 alloy.Plasma spraying and laser remelting layer corrosion resistance are higher than the AZ91 alloy,and the corrosion resistance of laser remelting layer above the plasma spray coating.
