摘要

Abstract

The current density of micro-arc oxidation,frequency for phase composition,surface morphology,the influence of the friction coefficient and wear morphology of YZAlSi11Cu3 die-casting aluminum alloy surface coating were investigated.The results show that the phase composition with different current density of micro-arc oxidation coating are γ-Al2O3,α-Al2O3 and Al matrix.The diffraction peak of α-Al2O3 will strengthen gradually with the increasing of current density of coating,and diffraction peak of Al matrix will weaken gradually.The suitable current density is 10 A/dm2 from the coating morphology,friction coefficient,wear morphology and wear weightlessness.The micro-arc oxidation coating phase are γ-Al2O3,α-Al2O3 and Al matrix under different frequency,and the diffraction peak of α-Al2O3 will weaken gradually,but the diffraction peak of Al matrix will enhance gradually.600 Hz coating wear weightlessness is 0.1 mg,and 1 000 Hz coating wear weightlessness is 0.3 mg,the wear weightlessness measurement results consistent with the wear morphology,obviously,appropriate micro-arc oxidation frequency is 600 Hz for the point of the wear weightlessness.
