摘要

Abstract

The of high-speed EMU single reduction gearbox for example (material A1Si7Mg0.3) to analyze the gearbox crack propagation prediction algorithm,the key parameter of crack propagation was deduced,as well as a large amount of experimental researches for gearbox strength had been done,according to results of calculation and experiment,the correction coefficient had been introduced based on FKM and EN1999 standard,the evaluation method for gearbox fatigue had also been corrected,the fatigue limit recommended value of casting aluminum alloy gearbox for different casting porosity requirements had puts forwarded,as well as numerical examples had been listed.The results show that for casting aluminum alloy AlSi7Mg0.3 gearbox of high-speed EMU,casting stomatal diameter shall not exceed 0.5 mm,corresponding the stress amplitude of fatigue load should not exceed 35.6 MPa,when the minimum safety factor greater than 1.2,the allowable stress shall not exceed 29.7 MPa.
