摘要

Abstract

In the process of manufacturing tools,the 30Cr13 martensitic stainless steel coil produced by industrial production had a chromatism difference defects,and the chromatism difference defects were observed and investigated.The results show that the chromatism difference defects are the formation of a large amount of beaded carbide in the process of solidification,which is formed after rolling.The 30Cr13 martensitic stainless steel annealing at 860 ℃,with the extension of time,the average hardness will improve from HV173 to HV201.It is due to the ferrite and carbide transformation to austenite,the more cooling when reverse shift carbide dispersion strengthening effect and austenitic incomplete form a small amount of martensite transformation,so the hardness increases.It will eliminate the chromatism defects of 30Cr13 martensitic stainless steel when it annealing at 860 ℃ and holding 64 h,it will ensure the yield of the product.
