摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the feasibility of anaerobic digestion to promote the degradation of organophosphorus pesticides.[Method] Platanus leaves were used as raw materials for anaerobic digestion.Omethoate was dropped into the fermentation system.Gas chromatography was used to detect the concentration of the pesticides in the fermentation system.[Result] The result showed that the lower the concentration of pesticide in anaerobic digestion system,the faster the degradation rate.Under the load of anaerobic digestion system set up by experiment,the 140 mg/L of dimethoate was the limit of this system.At the omethoate concentration of 60 mg/L,there began to appear the biogas production inhibition,and when the omethoate concentration was over 100 mg/L,the inhibition became extremely serious.With the reaction,pH steadily increased and finally stabilized at 6.5-7.3.The pH was suitable for the growth of methanogens.[Conclusion] It is feasible to use urban greening waste to ferment and degrade organophosphorus pesticides.关键词
