Tobacco Production Infrastructure Post Evaluation Based on Synthetical Scored Method
摘要
Abstract
The development of tobacco industry is affected by the construction of tobacco production infrastructure,and it has important significance.But the post evaluation of this kind of infrastructure construction is rare.According to the characteristics of the infrastructure construction of tobacco production,we started from four aspects of the process,economy,impact and sustainability,quantifying qualitative indicators by the factor proportion method and calculating economic indicators to establish a comprehensive evaluation system based on the synthetical scored method.The system was applied to the project of tobacco infrastructure construction in Yizhang County of Chenzhou City to summary and analyze the construction work of Yizhang County.关键词
