摘要
Abstract
The research in township G of Yunan showed that the poverty alleviation work of the grassroots cadres exist "muddling through" behavior.This kind of behavior could own to coexistence of two bureaucratic logic,these bureaucratic logic includes the logic of finish the task,the logic of the incentive mechanism."Muddling through" behavior reduces the effectiveness of precise poverty alleviation.,so we must take measures to address it.关键词
