Literature Review on Zero-tolerance Willingness of Food Safety
摘要
Abstract
Food safety zero-tolerance pursues food without any harmful substances.However, under the restriction of the testing technology, the undetected didn't mean that there was no harmful substance.Based on the analysis of the connotation and influence of zero-tolerance will-ingness of food safety, related influencing factors were found out through literature review,and a strategy to reduce the zero-tolerance willing-ness of food safety was proposed.关键词
