Research on the Application Prospect of Sports Milk Products
摘要
Abstract
Compared with other commercial beverages, the sports milk is a new kind of sports drinks.Its functions in strength and endurance training recovery have attracted more and more interest and attention.Through a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the relationship between milk ingredients and human athletic abilities,the comparison between milk and sports drinks, etc.It sets forth the application prospect of sports milk in promoting sport performance, delaying sport fatigue, speeding up sport re-covery, and so on.The milk as a new type of sports drink will have broad market prospect.关键词
