摘要
Abstract
Based on a series of research and research achievements on the training of rural labor transfer in the academic world,the researches were systematically combed,including the theory of rural labor transfer and training,the necessity and importance of rural labor transfer training, supply and demand,content and mode,problems and countermeasures,effectiveness and satisfaction,government's responsibilities in training and so on at home and abroad were systematically discussed.The research results were evaluated,experience and inspiration were summed up,in or-der to provide a reference for further research.关键词
