食品微生物学教学改革探索
Exploration on Teaching Reform of Food Microbiology
摘要
Abstract
The existing problems of food microbiology curriculum were summarized as teaching contents,emphasizing theoretical basis, lacking application content,outdated teaching mode,and single way of curriculum assessment.Targeted solutions were put forward, which emphasized building diversified teaching resources, reforming teaching mode, improving assessment methods, and constantly improving the new classroom teaching mode suitable for school reality.关键词
