《素问》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》"几几"考
On"jiji(几几)"in Suwen,Shanghanlun and Jingui Yaolue
摘要
Abstract
There are examples of"jiji(几几)"used in ancient medical books and other ancient books. The explanations on it are different.On the basis of combing the textual researches in ancient and modern times,the writing, pronunciation, meaning and usage of"jiji(几几)"were given a textual research comprehensively and systematically.The study gets the conclusions as follows:"jiji(几几)"in Suwen (Plain Questions), Shanghanlun(Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases)and Jingui Yaolue(Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber)is different from"shushu(1414 )"in Shuowen Jiezi(Analytical Dictionary of Characters).The meaning of"jiji(几几)"in ancient medical books and Shijing(the Book of Songs)is"tight",and its pronunciation is jǐjǐ."Jin(巹)""jin(谨)""qian(掔)"that contact through"duruo"of Shuowen Jiezi(Analytical Dictionary of Characters), and"jian(坚)""jin(紧)""ji(懻)"are the cognate words of"jiji(几几,肌肌)"."Jiji(几几)"is a compound word,and its o-verlapping indicates a succession of"tight"status, and"jiangjiji(强几几)"is a phrase of parataxis. The different texts about"chenchen(沈沈)"in Lingshu(Miraculous Pivot)and Taisu(Grand Simplici-ty)are substitutive synonyms of"jiji(几几)".关键词
