Abstract
The essence of "Multi-Plan Coordination" is system reform,which should be geared to implementation and management."Multi-Plan Coordination" in Xiamen is regarded as a systematic effort to optimize the planning system.In face of the development needs of city in transitional times,Xiamen carries out "Multi-Plan Coordination" in four stages to establish the spatial planning system for implementation.Through "Multi-Plan Coordination" effort,Xiamen aims to build up the governance bodies,the collaborative management platforms and implementation mechanism by integrated plans.关键词
