“双创”政策引领下的厦门旧工业区微更新探索
Micro-Renewal of Old Industrial Districts in Xiamen Led by the Policies of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation
摘要
Abstract
The renewal of old industrial districts is entering a new stage under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and new-type urbanization.This paper puts forward a micro-renewal strategy based on temporary functional change of buildings as mass entrepreneurship and innovation bases in Xiamen.The micro-renewal pattern is studied by referring to policies of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Mass innovation spaces are introduced in the old industrial districts,offering the platform for small and micro enterprises to kickstart their businesses.Suggestions are proposed to improve the work based on the feedbacks of initial implementation outcomes.关键词
